CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations will be liable for one night at the time the reservation is made. 30 days from the date of arrival you are obligated to the cost of two night's stay. Any cancellation made within this time period will be charged to the account of the party making the reservation. If however, we are able to rent the site or cabin out to someone else for the same time period you will not be charged for the second night. This does not affect the charge for the first night however.
In the event that someone fails to show up for their reservation, and does not call to cancel, the total amount for the entire time period reserved will be charged to the account of the person making the reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Cancellations can only be made by phone conversation with an employee of Sylamore Creek Camp. A cancellation number will be assigned. A cancellation without a cancellation number is not valid. Cancellation by answering machine, email, mail or any other method is not valid.
